This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, including amended provisions relating to electronic records. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2011, as amended, requiring publication of Terms of Use for access or usage of the website https://dofix.in, including related mobile site and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).

The Platform is owned and operated by Dofix Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at B-30, B Block, Sector 6, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301 (hereinafter referred to as “Dofix”, “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

ACCESSING, BROWSING OR USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.

1. ABOUT DOFIX
  • Dofix is a technology-enabled marketplace connecting customers with independent service professionals.
  • Dofix acts solely as an intermediary and does not directly provide services unless explicitly stated.
  • All service contracts are strictly between Customers and independent Service Professionals.
2. ELIGIBILITY
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
  • You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
  • Dofix reserves the right to suspend accounts providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activity.
4. SERVICES
  • Service Professionals are independent contractors and not employees of Dofix.
  • Dofix does not guarantee service quality, timeliness, or suitability.
  • Your use of the Platform and Services is at your own risk.
  • Dofix is not liable for disputes between Customers and Service Professionals.
5. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
  • Prices may include service fees, platform charges, and applicable GST.
  • Payments may be made via UPI, net banking, wallets, debit/credit cards.
  • All payments are processed through RBI-compliant payment gateways.
  • Dofix does not store your card or payment details.
  • By initiating a booking, you enter into a legally binding contract for the service.
6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
  • Cancellations may attract time-based charges.
  • No refund will be issued once the service has been fully delivered.
  • No refund will be issued if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
  • If the Customer is unavailable at the scheduled time, cancellation charges may apply.
7. USER OBLIGATIONS
  • You shall not misuse the Platform.
  • You shall not harass, threaten, or abuse Service Professionals.
  • You shall not attempt off-platform transactions to avoid platform fees.
  • You shall not provide false or misleading reviews.
  • You shall not use the Platform for unlawful or illegal purposes.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
  • All content, design, branding, logos, and technology belong exclusively to Dofix Technologies Private Limited.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
  • The Platform may contain links to third-party websites.
  • Dofix is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • Dofix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the disputed service.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dofix, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

Dofix shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, or other force majeure events.

13. TERMINATION
  • Dofix may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
  • You may request account deletion by emailing support@dofix.in.
14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Disputes shall first attempt amicable resolution.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • The seat of arbitration shall be Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
  • Courts at Noida shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
