Welcome to HomeTriangle's Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the services provided by Dofix Technologies Pvt Ltd and its affiliates (collectively, "Dofix," "we," "our," or "us") through our website available at https://dofix.in and our mobile application ‘Dofix’ (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Platform.
1. BACKGROUND AND ACCEPTANCE- These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including customers seeking services ("Users") and professionals providing services through the Platform ("Service Professionals").
- By accessing or using our Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
- The Platform acts as an intermediary between Users and Service Professionals, allowing Users to find, book, and avail various services ("Professional Services").
- We do not provide the services directly but facilitate the connection between Users and Service Professionals. Dofix is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Service Professionals.
- You acknowledge that Dofix is not a party to any contract between Users and Service Professionals and is not responsible for disputes that may arise between them.
- To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Dofix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent activities.
- Users may be required to make payments for services booked through the Platform. Payment methods and policies will be outlined during the booking process.
- Cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms specified by the Service Professional or as per Dofix’s refund policy.
- Dofix is not liable for refunds if a Service Professional fails to provide the agreed service.
- You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You shall not:
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
- Use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
- Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content on the Platform.
- Dofix reserves the right to take appropriate action against users violating these Terms, including account suspension or legal action.
- Service Professionals must provide accurate service details and adhere to the agreed service terms with Users.
- Service Professionals are responsible for their conduct, service quality, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Dofix does not guarantee any specific number of service requests or earnings for Service Professionals.
- Dofix is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times.
- In no event shall our liability exceed the total fees paid by you to Dofix in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Dofix.
- We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services and encourage users to review their policies before engaging with them.
- All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Dofix and is protected under intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from the Platform without prior written permission from Dofix.
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms.
- Users may delete their accounts by sending a request to contact@dofix.in. Once deleted, access to services will be permanently revoked.
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
- Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes through mediation before resorting to legal proceedings.
- No refund will be issued if the customer simply changes their mind after the service has been fully delivered as agreed.
- If the customer provides wrong or incomplete information (address, issue description, etc.) leading to a failed or unsatisfactory service, no refund will be applicable.
- If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time of service and the service provider has made reasonable attempts to deliver the service, no refund will be processed.
